How to order in 5 steps

An order consists of five steps and takes a few minutes; no customer account is needed. You receive the status of your order by e-mail. For questions before ordering, use the enquiry form or call +49 3661 4555881.

1. Configure the product

On the product page, choose your equipment: camera, flash, printer, colour, base or branding. The price updates with every selection; the switch in the page header shows net or gross prices. For custom RAL colours and branding the configurator points out that this is a custom-made item. “Add to basket” adopts the configuration.

2. Check the basket

In the basket you see all items with equipment, quantity and price as well as the shipping method (parcel or freight forwarder). You can change quantities, remove items or continue shopping. “Checkout” takes you on.

3. Address and shipping

Enter your billing address and, if different, delivery address. Business customers enter company name and VAT ID; a valid EU VAT ID outside Germany or a delivery address in Switzerland is checked automatically and results in a net invoice. 4. Choose payment

Choose PayPal (including instalments), credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or prepayment, see Payment methods. Before completing you see a summary with products, addresses, shipping costs, tax and total. You confirm that you have read the terms and the notice of withdrawal and submit a binding offer with “Order with obligation to pay”.

5. Confirmation and delivery

You immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail with order number, invoice and, for prepayment, the bank details. As soon as the goods leave the factory we inform you by e-mail; for freight the forwarder contacts you to arrange a date. Photo booths without branding ship in 5 to 10 working days, accessories in 1 to 3 working days.

Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, except for custom-made items such as a RAL colour or individual wrap. The declaration can be made informally or via the page Withdraw from contract. Details are in the notice of withdrawal.
