Withdraw from contract

As a consumer you may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Use this form to submit your declaration of withdrawal; you will receive an immediate confirmation with the date and time of receipt.

Before you withdraw

  • The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. It does not apply to businesses or to goods made to your specifications (e.g. custom colour).
  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, received the goods.
  • You can also withdraw from orders placed in our previous shop – please state the order or invoice number and the order date.
  • All details, including returns and costs, are set out in the notice of the right of withdrawal
  • You may also declare your withdrawal informally by e-mail: info@fexon.de

Order or invoice number, order date or delivery date and the goods concerned (for a partial withdrawal: which items).

We will send the confirmation of receipt of your declaration to this address.

We store your declaration permanently as evidence. It will not be altered.
