Payment methods

You can pay in the shop by PayPal (including instalments), credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or prepayment. All prices are final prices including the statutory VAT of the delivery country; shipping costs are shown separately in the basket and at checkout, see Shipping and delivery. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT ID and customers in Switzerland receive a net invoice after automatic verification at checkout.

PayPal and PayPal Pay in Instalments

With your PayPal account you pay immediately; the goods are dispatched once payment is received. For larger amounts PayPal offers instalments: according to PayPal Germany (as of 29 October 2026) for order values from €99 to €10,000 in 3, 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments, subject to PayPal’s credit check. The lender is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. Whether and on which terms instalments are offered to you is decided by PayPal during checkout; PayPal shows the current interest rates there. We receive the full purchase price from PayPal, you pay the instalments to PayPal. Availability of PayPal instalments outside Germany depends on PayPal’s terms in your country.

Instalments declined? In our experience it helps to complete the order on a smartphone via the mobile network (without Wi-Fi), because otherwise PayPal cannot determine your location, and to use the e-mail address registered with PayPal. If the refusal persists, we offer financing on request for amounts above €10,000 or in case of declined instalments; please use the enquiry form.

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed via our payment provider Stripe. You enter your card details directly with Stripe; we never see them. The payment is charged immediately, the goods are dispatched after receipt of payment.

Klarna

Klarna is available as a payment method via Stripe where Klarna offers it for your delivery country and basket. The available Klarna options and conditions are shown by Klarna during checkout.

Prepayment (bank transfer)

With prepayment you transfer the total amount to our business account. The order is processed once payment is received; for photo booths the delivery time starts with receipt of payment.
