I get a message saying the maximum number of software activations has been reached. What should I do?

The dslrBooth licence supplied with your booth may be installed on a maximum of two computers. Occasionally the message appears even though the licence is only active on one computer. You manage the activations yourself in your fotoshare.co account:

1. If you have not done so yet, create an account at fotoshare.co/account/login via “Create new Account”. Enter the …@fexon.de e-mail address you received with your purchase and the matching licence key (both are in the licence e-mail sent after purchase) and choose your own password.
2. In the account, open the “App-Licenses” tab and select the licence concerned.
3. Click “Activations” and deactivate one activation or, if in doubt, all of them (“Deactivate”).
