Your situation and suitable systems

Hotels, restaurants, event venues and leisure parks use photo booths in continuous operation: as an attraction in the foyer, as an add-on for weddings in their own function room or as a souvenir station for day visitors. The Photobooth Mirror on castors (€6,300) and the Photobooth Natty + Kiosk with lockable printer compartment (€6,040) are suited to this, both made of aluminium in Greiz (as of October 2026, incl. VAT).

Your situation

Your guests should take something home that they associate with your establishment: a photo with your logo, taken in your lobby, bar or terrace. The booth must run without staff, adapt to the rooms (wedding on Saturday, conference on Monday) and match the interior. Print media and technology must be protected from access, and operation should be possible for months without intervention.

Two systems for continuous operation

Photobooth Mirror, €6,300: the mirror booth is a piece of furniture: 185 cm tall, powder-coated metal housing, base on four castors, Pilkington mirror glass with a 23.6-inch touchscreen behind it, voice prompts via stereo speakers. It is wheeled between foyer and function room, needs only a power socket and works as part of the decoration at weddings and galas. Printer CX2, DS620 or CS2, optionally in the kiosk with flight case. More in the guide Mirror photo booth.

Photobooth Natty + Kiosk, €6,040: compact booth with Surface Pro, DSLR and studio flash plus a kiosk in the same design, in which the printer sits behind a lockable flap. The outer frame is available in white, blue, red, black or wood effect so that the booth matches the interior. The kiosk can be run with an iPad as a sharing station where guests retrieve their photos.

For leisure parks with high throughput the Photobooth Profy with printer inside the housing and illuminated advertising panels is an alternative; all systems are in the photo booth comparison.

Operation without staff

dslrBooth Professional starts automatically in guest mode when switched on. The start screen explains the procedure, guests trigger by touch, photos are printed or downloaded to the smartphone via QR code. Via the Booth Copilot app your team sees on their smartphone how many photos have been taken and whether media need refilling. A media kit with 800 prints (DNP DS620, €139) lasts almost a month at 30 prints a day. Which printer is suitable is described in the guide Which photo printer for a photo booth?.

What you get from the manufacturer

  • Branding with your logo on the housing, start screen and every print.
  • Delivery time 5 to 10 working days without branding; net purchase for business customers.

Example configuration in the calculation€8,740
Purchase earned back after16 weddings

Example calculation (assumptions, not an offer): Photobooth Mirror with EOS 2000D camera (+€500), studio flash (+€350) and DNP DS620 printer (+€1,590): €8,740. If the hotel offers the booth as a €600 package at 20 weddings a year, that is €12,000 in turnover; after around €50 in media per wedding, the purchase is earned back after 16 weddings. Additional income from paid prints for day guests is not included.

Assumptions and rounding as in the text, prices as of October 2026. Your result depends on region, prices and utilisation.

Frequent questions

Questions from practice

More on technology, shipping and rental in the help centre.

To the help centre

Can the booth stay switched on permanently?

Yes. Computer and software are designed for continuous operation; we recommend a restart once a week and cleaning the touchscreen and lens. The Windows power options can switch the screen off at night.

How are prints sold against payment?

The software supports paid prints via QR-code payment; alternatively, reception releases prints against a voucher. Which option suits your location is clarified in the consultation via the enquiry form.

Who changes the print media?

Any briefed member of staff: unlock the kiosk flap, change paper roll and ribbon, close the flap. The change takes a few minutes; the instructions are in the help centre.
